I have found that these five productivity apps can be very helpful for those of us that want a more organized lifestyle. The best thing is that they are free, so you can download them, try them, and decide if they will or won’t work out for you. But they have worked great for me! That’s why I want to share them with you.

FIVE REALLY HELPFUL PRODUCTIVITY APPS

1. Keep – A notes and tasks app

Google keep allows you to easily take notes, make checklists, and add pictures in a very simple way.

I use it to write ideas, to do lists, and things I want to remember.

A great feature is that you can also use it on your computer, so you can have all your lists and notes with you at all times.

2. Evernote – An organized writing app

I have recently started to use Evernote and I’m really liking it!

It works great to keep all your writings saved in “notebooks”, organize your documents, web articles, and photos.

It has a very clean look, which I love, and you can also use it on your computer!

Slack is a great communication tool for teams working together, giving them the ability to create and organize group conversations, file sharing, and real time messaging.

It works perfect for group projects where people have to be in constant communication.

5. TimeTree – A shared calendar app

This calendar app allows you to connect with other people to share appointments, tasks, and events.

It’s really simple and easy to use.

What I love about it is that you can have multiple calendars, and share them with different people, or keep them private.

If you update or add new appointments onto a calendar, everyone in the share group can see it.
