Project Planner - Paper and Landscapes

If you’re like me, you have like a million projects of things you want to do, things you need to do, dreams you want to achieve… and all of those projects run through your mind every day. You try to remember all of them and work on them, but it can be overwhelming to try and do everything at once, or not even knowing where to start.

I made this printable Project Planner page so that we can put our pending projects on paper and break them down into manageable tasks. This way we can work on them one step at a time and be even more productive.

Printing

I made it in both full page, and half page, so that you can choose the one you prefer. You can print any of them in 8.5″ x 11″ letter sized paper, so I added 2 Project Planners to the half page, so that you can print both at the same time.

You can use them as individual pages on your desk, but you can also put them on your binder, tape them on your wall or door, frame them so you can write with dry-erase markers, or print a bunch of them and bind them together to make a Project Planner notebook!

How to use it

The Project Planner page includes a section to add a “Start date” and “End date”, so that you can organize your projects by due date.

It also allows you to display the difficulty of that specific project, and that way you can choose which projects to do first, or adjust the time that your project needs.

You can also add a “Category” to your project. This could be things like “Personal”, “Work”, “School”, etc.

Then you have all the space needed to write your tasks, ideas, and notes for your project.

When you finish your project, you can make a big checkmark or happy face on the top right corner box.
